She already checked the mare’s food sources and feeding schedule, brought in high quality supplements and experts [...]]]> She was desperate when she called and made an appointment for her 20-year old Arabian mare, Majestic Moment. Jennifer loved this horse and couldn’t stand to see this beautiful Arabian horse suffering from another bout with founders.

She already checked the mare’s food sources and feeding schedule, brought in high quality supplements and experts to work with the horse’s feet. Nothing was working. Jennifer was watching her beloved Arabian horse stand there and lose all hope in living.

When I started working with the horse’s energy field, I noticed that she was 50% open to receive her greater good and only 20% open to be healed and alive. Majestic Moment was running programming that brought on a 70% desire to suffer and a 100% need to suffer.

The Arabian mare’s issues and challenges with health and fitness were directly related to struggles in past lives, especially a powerful fear program at the time of her death in another lifetime. In that lifetime, one or more of the mare’s feet stepped into a hole, she fell and seriously injured her feet and legs. She was immediately killed in that lifetime. Now, with the founder affecting her feet, she’s feeling that there’s no hope for her – she’s feeling that this is the end and she’s going to die.

It was big relief for Jennifer to understand her horse’s feelings and energy. We talked about how to continue to give Majestic Moment the thoughtful and expert care she was getting, and how to hold the vision of her healing.

The very next day Jennifer noticed a remarkable change. Majestic Moment was walking and following them around the barn as they were feeding the other horses. The Arabian mare was more aware and interactive than she had been for a long time. Jennifer could now finally being to see that Majestic Moment had turned the corner with the energy work.

And so it was. A few months later, Jennifer sent me this note:

“Majestic Moment’s spirits have improved significantly and are still climbing. When she decides to roll and take her dust bath, on occasion when she gets back up, she jumps straight up in the air, lands on all 4 feet and takes off running!

I watch her with my jaw open – so happy to see how she is using her front feet. We are truly amazed with her progress since your SRT session for her four months ago. Her turn around with just that one session has removed our fears and anxiety about her not pulling thru this bout with founder.

It was a very, very close call. She will be turning 21 in a few more days and we are ever so grateful for her presence, thanks to you, Jan Puta. We are looking forward to celebrating her birthday. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Most of the pets I help are not yet ready to transition and I can assist them to recover. Like Jennifer’s Arabian mare Majestic Moment, there is still time for intervention with energy work. Imagine walking down a country lane with your two dogs on a warm, sunny, spring morning.

Off in the distance you catch a glimpse of a young buck grazing in a nearby field. You get your dogs under control and quietly watch and wait by the trail.

The young buck is now at the edge of the field and is looking at you.

Noticing that you’ve got the dogs restrained, and feeling you aren’t a threat to him, the young buck inches closer to check you out.

Then it happens. Beyond your wildest dreams – you’re looking into those beautiful eyes, feeling the warm breath and then the wet tongue against your cheek.

Who would ever believe you?

You may take it for granted that you can communicate with your dogs through touch, signals, and commands.

But after this experience, I think you’ll appreciate interspecies communication in a way you never did before.

Imagine how much more reverent and gentle people might be with nature and her creatures when they realize the possibility of such intimate contact like this.

This bundle of fur came into Charlene’s life when he was almost two years old. She adopted him from a shelter and he had a place in her [...]]]> He was eating fewer meals and drinking less water. For an active, healthy, fun-loving 9-year old boxer dog, no one suspected this beautiful dog was dying.

This bundle of fur came into Charlene’s life when he was almost two years old. She adopted him from a shelter and he had a place in her heart and her home from that day on.

Charlie hung around with Charlene in her home office while she put in her busy days. Their favorite fun time was talking walks together along the beach and romping around in the backyard like two kids having a great time.

Imagine her heartache when Charlie began to loose weight and his loss of appetite became severe. In less than two weeks, he was a very sick dog and it was time for some tough decisions.

A trip to the vet and an antibiotic didn’t help. Charlie was getting lethargic and sleeping a lot. Charlene was feeling desperate, anxious, and scared that she wasn’t doing enough or making the right choices for this exceptional boxer dog.

I got her email early one evening – “Charlie is sick… can you help?” Charlene knew I worked with a healing process called Spiritual Response Therapy. Could I help her sick boxer dog? I asked her for any information she had on Charlie’s condition, the vet’s examination, and test results.

Then I connected with the spiritual guides that work with Charlene and Charlie to make sure Charlene and her boxer dog were each in a place of ease and peacefulness as I did the energy work. Throughout the session, Charlene began to relax and feel the comfort of knowing she was doing the best she could for Charlie. She was asking the right questions and making the tough decisions that everyone faces when their pet is dying. As the session continued, it was obvious that Charlie was ready to leave his body, and he wanted Charlene to know how much he appreciated the home and love she gave him.

Charlene had an appointment that evening for her boxer dog’s ultrasound. The next few hours verified his cancer and the need to gently let him slip away in Charlene’s arms.

Like any major loss in your life, you’re never really ready for that moment of letting go. It is still painful and heartbreaking. The best you can do for yourself and your beloved pet is to know you made the best effort. When you bring in support physically, emotionally, and spiritually for yourself and your pet, both of you heal in ways that continue long after your pet’s transition.

This is what it meant for Charlene: “I can’t tell you how much your help has meant to me. One of my greatest fears was that I would find making decisions for him very agonizing. That did not happen, and that was very much due to your help. I think you also helped him to find a way to let me know that all was well. I am very sad today. Working at home as I do he was with me almost constantly and it is hard to be without him. But at the same time I am comforted knowing that he will always be with me too.”

Don’t wait until your horse is acting up or sick to get some meaningful energy work for [...]]]> Your horse’s energy field is not as obvious as a brilliant aura of light that you can see even in the daylight. That would make it so much easier to be mindful of them as conscious beings.

Don’t wait until your horse is acting up or sick to get some meaningful energy work for him. You don’t need extensive training in energy work to make a difference in your horse’s total wellbeing.

Follow these quick and easy steps to tune up yourself first, and then support your horse:

1. Ground and center yourself. Take several deep breaths, relax, and become quiet inside. Focus on stillness. Imagine growing roots out of the bottom of your feet and anchoring yourself in the ground like a tree. Feel how comforting and supportive that feels.
2. Flush yourself with white light. Imagine a globe of shining, sparkling, white light sitting a few inches above your head. See a stream of beautiful white light flow through the top of your head, all the way through your body, down to your feet and the roots into the ground. Imagine the white light flushing out of your body any discomfort, any emotional chaos, and any energy that is not your own. Feel the lightness and warmth of this white light within you.
3. Surround yourself with white light. Imagine the globe of white light above your head sending out a shower of white light spraying all over you and reaching out a few feet all around you. Once again, see this stream of white light flush through your energy field around you and remove any energy that is not your own. Feel the wholeness and strength of your energy field return as you intend to call back to you all of your own energy, no matter when or where or how it was scattered.
4. Flush your horse with white light. Repeat the same visualization for your horse that you did for yourself in step #2. You can do this at a distance or close by your horse and observe your horse’s reaction. This is an effective exercise for settling your horse’s emotional issues and removing any energies invading your horse’s body.
5. Surround your horse with white light. Repeat the same visualization for your horse that you did for yourself in step #3. Again, you can do this at a distance or close by. This is a powerful shielding exercise to remove any energies that your horse may have picked up from someone or something. Sometimes visitors, caretakers, or professionals providing services can unintentionally bring with them energies from working with other animals. This is a cleansing exercise, along with step #4, that will bring your horse back into balance.

That’s the message coming to you when horses show up in your life. You may notice them on tv, in magazines, or out in your pasture.

Because you’re noticing them, they have a message for [...]]]> Are you ready to have more freedom and power, to move in new directions, and strengthen your teamwork skills?

That’s the message coming to you when horses show up in your life. You may notice them on tv, in magazines, or out in your pasture.

Because you’re noticing them, they have a message for you. What ever you need for guidance and direction shows up for you exactly when you need it the most. That’s the innate power of your own higher consciousness finding ways to communicate with you.

So if horses are in view right now, here are some things to consider:

• Are you feeling stuck in a rut at your job or in a relationship? What would it take for you to get some freedom and movement back into your experience? Look at this and “play” with it. It doesn’t mean you have to quit that job or leave the relationship. Consider what you could do to take it in a different direction, and how exciting that would be! How can you try something new, something different? What would push you out of your comfort zone, and into the rush of power and courage that comes with the adventure?

• Are you feeling alone because you’re very independent and sometimes stubborn? What would it be like to be part of a team effort? Could you imagine yourself as part of a volunteer group, a hobby project, or participating in recreational sports? Consider what it would feel like to belong to a group, and to tweak your teamwork and cooperation skills. What could you learn from them? What could they learn from you?

• Are you feeling powerless and helpless to change your life around into what you really want? Can you imagine what your wildest dreams would look like – feel like? Begin with imagining it. Then put it into your vision board with pictures and words. Create a daily affirmation around it like this: “Today I own my power to be all that I want to be and it is good.” Step into the power and courage to take charge of your own life. Shape it and form it into the rich experience you want it to be. Listen to your internal guidance system sending you messages. Look for the doors to opportunity opening up all around you.

These are some of the messages horses are sending your way every time they show up in your life.

Everything in nature has something to offer you for your spiritual growth and awareness.
